WHICH SIZE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
*Measure the circumference of your thigh (the widest point on the leg). Then choose your band size
following the size guide bellow:
SMALL – 34cm
MEDIUM – 39 cm
LARGE – 44 cm
All bands are 40lbs resistance level.
